BROOKLYN (February 17, 2017) – After selling out its first show at Barclays Center, Iron Maiden has added a second show in Brooklyn on Saturday, July 22 in what will be the final stop of the band’s two-year worldwide Book of Souls Tour.

Tickets for the additional show at Barclays Center go on sale Saturday, February 25 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com and www.barclayscenter.com, or by calling 800-745-3000. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the American Express Box Office at the venue starting Monday, February 27 at noon (if tickets are still available).

The extra date in Brooklyn will be the last chance for Iron Maiden fans to witness The Book of Souls Tour, by which time, the band will have played 117 shows to more than 2 million fans in 36 countries. The band has travelled more than 100,000 miles across six of seven continents. Swedish band, Ghost, is the supporting act for the show.

The Book of Souls is Iron Maiden’s first-ever double studio album and the band’s most successful to date, debuting at the No.1 spot in more than 40 countries around the world and No.4 in the U.S.

Iron Maiden is celebrating the end of the tour with its coveted city specific shirt art.  The art for Brooklyn, designed by long-time collaborator Herve Monjeaud, features the band’s mascot, Eddie the Head, playing havoc with the iconic Brooklyn Bridge amidst hordes of global Iron Maiden fans arriving for the show. The shirt will be available for purchase at concourse merchandise stands during the show.

Fan club members have the option of an exclusive pre-sale for the second Barclays Center date, along with the chance to enter in the draw to be “First to the Barrier.” For more information, visit www.ironmaiden.com.
