LEADERS OF TOMORROW BROOKLYN TO HOLD A GOSPEL EXPLOSION AT CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD THEATER AT BARCLAYS CENTER ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25

BROOKLYN (September 10, 2014) – Pastor Lamor Miller Whitehead, Founder of Leaders of Tomorrow Brooklyn, will present a Gospel Explosion at Cushman & Wakefield Theater at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on October 25, 2014 at 7 p.m. Scheduled performers include Grammy Award-winning gospel artists Bishop Hezekiah Walker, Yolanda Adams, and Erica Campbell, as well as renowned gospel artists Pastor Marvin Sapp, Byron Cage and Rickey Dillard.

Tickets will go on sale beginning Friday, September 12 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased online via Ticketmaster by visiting www.barclayscenter.com or www.ticketmaster.com, or by calling 800-745-3000. Tickets can also be purchased at the American Express Box Office at Barclays Center beginning Saturday, September 13 at noon (if tickets are still available). The event is “A Night of Worship to Save Our Youth” benefiting Leaders of Tomorrow Brooklyn, featuring worship and conversation about the Brooklyn community with a focus on drugs, violence, and school drop-out rates. It will be hosted by Liz Black of 107.5 WBLS-FM radio in partnership with trailblazing radio personality Dahved Levy. Special guest Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams will also be in attendance.

Cushman & Wakefield Theater is an intimate theater within Barclays Center. The theater can accommodate 4,000-7,700 seats and is ideal for theatrical performances, concert artists, music festivals, boxing events, and comedy acts.

As with all events at Barclays Center, arena staff will work closely with the MTA to coordinate mass transit to and from the arena and with the NYPD and other City agencies to ensure safety and security procedures are strictly followed and enforced.
