THE SOULFRITO URBAN LATIN MUSIC FESTIVAL TAKES OVER BARCLAYS CENTER ON FRIDAY, JUNE 9

BROOKLYN (March 15, 2017) -- Hip-Hop’s newest generation of game-changers will take over the stage on Friday, June 9 at Barclays Center with the Soulfrito Urban Latin Music Festival. The one-night-only concert will feature a mash-up between the new wave of hip-hop stars and Latin trap Reggatoneros, including Meek Mill, Fetty Wap, Young M.A, Zion y Lennox, Faruko, Cosculluela, Bad Bunny, Bryant Myers, Mozart La Para, A Boogie, Uncle Murda, Yunel, Almighty, El Alfa, and more. 

The Soulfrito Urban Latin Music Festival, which will take place the same weekend as the popular National Puerto Rican Day Parade, will bring together the hottest digital streaming artists of the moment. Songs like Zion y Lennox’s “Otra Vez,” Young M.A’s “OOOUUU,” A Boogie’s “Timeless,” and Cosculluela’s “Prrum,” are just some of the hits that will be showcased by these urban superstars.      

Tickets for the show go on sale on Friday, March 17 at noon, and can be purchased online at www.barclayscenter.com, www.ticketmaster.com, or by phone at 800-745-3000. Tickets can also be purchased at the American Express Box Office at Barclays Center beginning Saturday, March 18 at noon (if tickets are still available).  Pre-sale tickets will go on sale Thursday, March 16 at 10 a.m., using the presale code BKLYN.

“This show is a representation of what all Young Latinos, nationally and internationally are currently listening to,” said Adam Torres, the producer of the event. “I wanted to create a show that would prove to help bridge the gap between the two genres of music and cultures.”   

In addition, Adam Torres Concerts will also be producing the highly acclaimed 33rd Annual New York Salsa Festival on Saturday, June 10 at Barclays Center.
