Yeah Yeah Yeahs Return to Their Roots in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN (July 16, 2013) — The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, who formed and got their start in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, will return to their roots to play Barclays Center on Thursday, September 19. The group has been playing shows around the country on the heels of its latest album, Mosquito, which peaked at number five on the Billboard 200. This will be the band’s last show in New York City for the year.

Tickets go on sale Friday, July 19 at 11 a.m. and can be purchased online via Ticketmaster by visiting www.barclayscenter.com or www.ticketmaster.com, or by calling 800-745-3000. Tickets are also available at the American Express Box Office at Barclays Center, located at 620 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, starting Saturday, July 20 at noon (if still available).
