What Fans Can Expect Upon Attending an Event at Barclays Center

Barclays Center is committed to hosting world-class sports and entertainment with the primary goal of keeping all fans, guests, employees, players, and performers safe. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been working diligently with the NBA, the WNBA, New York State, New York City, and our own medical experts, as informed by the CDC, to establish and implement health and safety protocols for anyone who enters the arena.

Please note that, per current government guidelines for attending indoor events at venues such as Barclays Center, effective as of March 7, 2022, guests are no longer required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to enter Barclays Center. Facemasks are recommended for all individuals inside Barclays Center, except while actively eating or drinking.

Certain event promoters may independently make additional requirements which could include, without limitation, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or mandatory facemask requirements. We will advise primary ticket purchasers for each event of the health and safety protocols ultimately applicable to such event when determined, which shall, as applicable, be informed by CDC, State, City, event promoter, and/or sport governing body COVID-19 health and safety guidance and protocols. In addition to this, government mandates, venue protocols and event requirements are subject to change. Therefore, we encourage guests to check back prior to event day and please continue to be on the lookout for emails from Barclays Center. Please see below for the current baseline health and safety protocols for Barclays Center at this time.
