SeatGeek Information

As of October 1, 2021 SeatGeek is now the official ticketing partner of Barclays Center, meaning tickets for all Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty and other events at Barclays Center will be sold on SeatGeek.

If you have purchased a ticket prior to October 1 for a Barclays Center event, you will need to link your Ticketmaster account to your SeatGeek account so that you can transfer your ticket to SeatGeek.

For a step-by-step guide on account linking, please reference this video:

How do I link my Barclays Center account to SeatGeek?

Connecting your Barclays Center tickets to your SeatGeek account is really simple! You should have received an email from SeatGeek and from Barclays Center prompting you to connect your account to SeatGeek.

Just in case you don’t have that email, you can also click here and enter the email address associated with your account to start the process. We will then send you an email with a link for you to connect your account. Follow the steps to complete your account setup in just a few clicks.

Why can’t I view or access my tickets?

Your tickets will be available to view and manage on 10/1. Please hang tight until then!

How are my Barclays Center tickets delivered?

All tickets for events at Barclays Center get delivered to you electronically as mobile tickets. You can access the tickets on your mobile device using the SeatGeek app in your Tickets section.

How do I send my Barclays Center tickets?

Sending tickets to friends on SeatGeek is super easy! If your tickets are uploaded to your SeatGeek account, head to the Tickets section of your account and you should see an option to send your tickets. Select Send, choose the number of tickets you want to send, the recipient, and, if you choose, a price for each transfer. Hit the green Send option at the bottom and your tickets will be sent!

  1. Open the SeatGeek app.
  2. Tap Tickets in the navigation bar at the bottom.
  3. Select the ticket group you'd like to send.
  4. Tap Send and enter the name, username, email or phone number of the person you are sending tickets to.
  5. Click Quantity and select the number of tickets that you want to send or enter a price if you want to charge for the tickets.
  6. Tap Send.

How do I accept tickets that have been sent to me?

When someone has sent a ticket transfer you will receive an e-mail letting you know you have a pending transfer.

If you already have a SeatGeek account, just log in to the app and accept the transfer. If you do not have a SeatGeek account, you will be prompted to create one, using the same e-mail the tickets were transferred to, in order to complete the transfer and access your tickets.

Can I send tickets to someone who doesn't have a SeatGeek account?

You bet! Enter the person's email you would like to send the tickets to. They will receive an email with instructions on how to accept the tickets you sent and how to access them.

Can I cancel sending a ticket after someone has accepted it?

You can’t undo a transfer after it’s already been accepted. Once you send tickets to someone and that person accepts, the tickets have been transferred to that person's account.

However, you can cancel sending if the recipient has not yet accepted the tickets!
