It is our hope that this information, which explains our services, programs and policies, will make your visit to our building a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Access-A-Ride Bus Stop

The Access-A-Ride bus stop at Barclays Center is located on Atlantic Avenue, between Ft. Greene Place and 6th Avenue. The stop is situated on the South Side of Atlantic Avenue, adjacent to the arena, and is nearest the Atlantic Entrance.

Assisted Listening Devices
-
Barclays Center is equipped assisted listening devices (ALD). Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at Guest Services, which are located outside Section 112 on the Main Concourse and Section 212 on the Upper Level. Guests who choose to bring their own headset and receiver may access the system on a standard FM broadcast.

Concession Stands and Team Store

Every permanent concession stand and bar, along with the Brooklyn Fanatics Team Store, is accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is required, please contact the nearest staff member.

Guest Services

Guest Services Centers are located outside Section 112 on the Main Concourse and Section 212 on the Upper Level.

Elevators
-
Elevators for guests with disabilities are available in Barclays Center on the Main Concourse, Barclays Suite Level A, Suite Level B and Upper Concourse. Predesigned elevators leading to the Event Level are also available for guests with ADA needs. Guest Services escorts can be provided when guests with disabilities are in need of Event Level access.

Emergencies

Barclays Center personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness.

Entrances
-
All entrances at Barclays Center are ADA accessible. Re-entry is not permitted. All guests wishing to enter Barclays Center are subject to the established venue/NBA screening guidelines.

Escalators
-
Escalators are located on the north and south sides of Barclays Center, connecting the Main Concourse and the Upper Concourse, and at the VIP Entrance, connecting the Main Concourse and Barclays Suite Level A.

Induction Loop Locations

Barclays Center is equipped with hearing induction loops. For more information, please contact Guest Services at guestservices@barclayscenter.com or via phone at (917) 618-6111. You may also visit one of the Guest Services locations at Barclays Center during your event, which are located outside Section 112 on the Main Concourse and near Section 212 on the Upper Concourse.

Interpreting Services

Patrons requiring sign language interpretation services for any events at Barclays Center should contact our Guest Services Department at least one week in advance of the event, by emailing guestservices@barclayscenter.com.

Mobility Device Storage and Medical Bags

Storage is available at Guest Services located at Section 112 on the Main Concourse and Section 212 on the Upper Concourse.

All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities.

Sensory Inclusive
-
- Barclays Center is certified as a sensory inclusive venue.
- Our Guest Services staff are required to participate in ongoing trainings about how to recognize sensory needs and ways to best communicate with guests who have those needs.
- Additionally, we have 50 of KultureCity’s sensory bags available for fans who need them, free-of-charge. These sensory bags contain a variety of items to help guests manage sensory overload, including comfortable noise-cancelling headphones, fidget toys, a visual feeling thermometer, lap-pads, and a KultureCity VIP lanyard to help staff easily identify these guests. These items are designed to reduce overstimulation and noise overloads and aim to create a more enjoyable fan experience for all. Sensory bags can be picked up at our Guest Services centers, located outside of Sections 112 and 212
- Barclays Center has a designated sensory room that serves as a dedicated space in the arena for those who may need a quieter and more secure environment. The Greyson Mathews Sensory Room is located near section 17 and will be open to individuals with sensory processing sensitives during all events at Barclays Center. Fans interested in using the space may check-in with our Guest Services centers, located outside of Sections 112 and 212.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome at Barclays Center. In keeping with ADA regulations, disabled guests may use either a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest's disability. As such, animals that solely provide emotional support or companionship to a guest will not be permitted inside Barclays Center. Please contact our Guest Services Department if any accommodations are required, by emailing guestservices@barclayscenter.com.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating

Barclays Center provides wheelchair and companion seating with appropriate sight lines on all levels. Barclays Center team members can guide guests with mobility challenges to their seating location and to other amenities.
Be advised that accessible seating is intended for use by an individual with a mobility disability or other disability who requires the accessible features this seating provides, and such individual’s companion(s). Barclays Center reserves the right to investigate potential misuse of accessible seating and to take appropriate action against individuals who fraudulently obtain tickets for accessible seating. While tickets for accessible seating legitimately purchased for the of an individual with a disability may be transferred to another individual under the same terms and conditions applicable to other tickets, in the event such ticket is transferred or sold to a non-disabled individual, Barclays Center reserves the right to move the non-disabled guest to other seating.
All ADA seating relocations are subject to availability and for some events may be very limited. We encourage patrons who require the features of accessible seating to purchase said seating through our primary ticket providers.
