The Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center staff would like to welcome members of our disabled community to the new arena, a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment destination.
It is our hope that this information, which explains our services, programs and policies, will make your visit to our building a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Access-A-Ride Bus Stop

The Access-A-Ride bus stop at Barclays Center is located on Atlantic Avenue, between Ft. Greene Place and 6th Avenue. The stop is situated on the South Side of Atlantic Avenue, adjacent to the arena, and is nearest the EmblemHealth Atlantic Avenue Entrance.

Assisted Listening Devices

Barclays Center has been equipped with the most advanced assisted listening devices (ALD). Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at Guest Services. A driver’s license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. Guests who choose to bring their own headset and receiver may access the system on a standard FM broadcast.

ATMs

Accessible Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located on the Main and Upper Concourses.

Concession Stands

Every concession stand and bar is accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest staff member.

Guest Services

Barclays Center Guest Services Centers are located on the Main Concourse and Upper Concourse. The trained staff can dispense assistive listening receivers & headsets and alternative format materials.

Elevators

Elevators for guests with disabilities are available in the Barclays Center on the Main Concourse, Lower Suite Level, Upper Suite Level and Upper Concourse. Predesigned elevators leading to the Event Level are also available for guests with ADA needs. Guest Services escorts can be provided when guests with disabilities are in need of event level access.

Emergencies

Barclays Center personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness.

Escalators

Escalators are located on the north and south sides of the arena, connecting the Main Concourse and the Upper Concourse, and at the VIP Entry, connecting the Main Course and the Lower Suite Level.

Interpreting Services

Patrons requiring interpreting services for concerts should contact our Guest Services Department no later than three weeks after concert ticket sales begin.

Parking/Drop-Off

All Barclays Center affiliated lots will have Accessible parking spaces available.

Restrooms

All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities.

Service Animals

Animals are not allowed in the Barclays Center, however, an exception is made for patrons with service animals. Please contact our Guest Services Department if any accommodations are required.

Smoking

The Barclays Center is a SMOKE-FREE environment.

Please visit Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster via phone at 800-745-3000.
If you have obtained tickets in non-accessible seating and require the accessible features of these seating sections, please contact Ticketmaster to make arrangements for accessible seating in advance of the event.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating

Barclays Center provides wheelchair and companion seating with appropriate sight lines on all levels. Be advised that Center personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.
