How do I enroll in Express Entry?

Enrolling in Express Entry is free and easy. Sign up here. You will be prompted to log in to Ticketmaster and take a selfie to connect your face with your account.

Do I have to enroll in Express Entry separately for each event?

No, once you are enrolled in Entry Express, you will not have to complete the sign up process again. You can use Entry Express any time you visit Barclays Center.

If I am enrolled in an express entry program at another venue, does that automatically enroll me in Express Entry at Barclays Center?

No. To ensure that your data and personal identifiable information (PII) remain protected, all user information is isolated and not shared across venues. You must enroll specifically with Barclays Center to be able to use Entry Express at Barclays Center.

If tickets are transferred to me, can I still use Express Entry?

Yes. Once the transferred tickets are accepted in your Ticketmaster account, you can use Express Entry.

Does each member of my group have to enroll in Express Entry?

No, only the ticket account holder needs to enroll. If your group is together when the ticket account holder enters at the Express Entry lanes, everyone can enter.

What happens if everyone in my group does not arrive at Barclays Center at the same time as me?

If your entire group does not arrive at the same time, the ticket account holder must transfer the remaining tickets through Ticketmaster. The remaining group members must follow the same steps they would typically follow when accepting and using event tickets.
