If you already have a Ticketmaster account that uses the same email used when purchasing your tickets on SeatGeek:

1. Access BSE Account Manager here
2. Click “Manage Tickets”
3. Sign in with your existing Ticketmaster log-in to convert your tickets

If you do not have a Ticketmaster account OR if your Ticketmaster account uses a different email than what you used to originally purchase your tickets on SeatGeek:

1. Access BSE Account Manager here
2. Click “Manage Tickets”
3. Click “Sign Up” at the bottom of the page
4. Create a new Ticketmaster account using the email address used when you originally purchased your tickets on SeatGeek to convert your tickets
