THE SMASHING PUMPKINS to Perform at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on October 31

BROOKLYN– THE SMASHING PUMPKINS, the multi-Grammy Award-winning rock band led by singer/guitarist Billy Corgan, will perform in concert at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Wednesday, October 31 at 8 p.m.

THE SMASHING PUMPKINS will perform from its acclaimed album ‘OCEANIA’ and play a set of its classics and deep cuts. OCEANIA (Martha’s Music/EMI Label Services/Caroline Distribution) was created by the band at Corgan’s private studio in Chicago as a true album experience for listeners to fully immerse themselves in. The powerful 13-song collection was produced by Corgan and Bjorn Thorsrud and mixed by David Bottrill and entered the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart at #4 and earned the #1 spot on the Independent Albums Chart this past June.

As with all events at Barclays Center, arena staff will work closely with the MTA to coordinate mass transit to and from the arena based on the event and with NYPD and other City agencies to ensure safety and security procedures are strictly followed and enforced.
