Barclays Center Tours

How do I get to Barclays Center?: Barclays Center is located next to one of New York’s largest transit hubs and we recommend taking public transportation. Get public transportation directions here. Parking around Barclays Center is extremely limited. If you choose to drive, arrive early to ensure you have time to find parking and enter the arena before the tour begins.
Where should I enter for the tour?: All guests should enter through the Main Atrium Entrance at Barclays Center, which is located directly across from the subway entrance. Click here to view the Barclays Center entrance map and look for the circled 1. Please look for Barclays Center Tours signage on the plaza to help direct you.
What will I get to see on the tour?: Barclays Center Tours offer behind-the-scenes access to exclusive spaces and locations inside the arena, including backstage areas, clubs and team facilities. You never know what you might see going on in the building! Tour routes are subject to change based on events and activities happening throughout the arena on any specific day.
When do tickets become available?: Tickets will be released 4-6 weeks in advance. Please continue to check back for new tour dates or register here to receive first access.
Am I permitted to take photos or videos on the tour?: Photography is permitted, except in certain areas as outlined by the Tour Guide. Videography is prohibited. Professional camera equipment is not allowed on the tour, which may include cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks and tripods. What languages are your tours in?: Barclays Center Tours are currently available in English. If you are interested in another language, please reach out to tours@barclayscenter.com to inquire about availability.
What is the bag policy?: We encourage all guests to travel light and leave bags at home. Backpacks and any bags measuring larger than 10" x 6" x 2" are not permitted. Click here for more information on our bag policy.
Do you offer a bag or coat check?: We do not offer a bag or coat check, and we encourage guests to bring as little as possible
What is your recommended dress code?: We recommend guests wear comfortable shoes, as all tours will include walking throughout the arena.
Are strollers permitted?: Yes, strollers are permitted.
Are Barclays Center Tours ADA Accessible?: Yes, all tours are ADA Accessible.
Are pets permitted?: Pets are not permitted in Barclays Center. Only service animals are permitted.
I am running late for my tour. What should I do?: We strongly encourage all guests to plan ahead and arrive 15-20 minutes before the tour begins. If you arrive at Barclays Center after the tour has begun, we will do our best to accommodate you on the next available tour, which may be a different day.
At what age does a child need a ticket?: Children under 2 years old are not required to have a ticket; any child ages 2+ must have a ticket in order to gain entry.
Are there group discounts?: Group discounts apply to groups of 10 or more people. For arena tours, they can be booked directly on Ticketmaster by selecting 10 or more tickets. If you have any questions or are unable to purchase the quantity of tickets you are seeking, please email tours@barclayscenter.com for additional assistance. What is your refund policy?: All sales are final — there are no refunds.
